Meister Cup Race Ad

This was a full pager in Snow Country Magazine. As a fund raiser for New England Ski Museum, this ad was targeted to fans of ski history.

I created the background illustration, featuring North Conway's scenic railroad, and Mt. Cranmore rising behind the town, with a nod to The Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg. I crafted the logo as well to support a 1930s feeling.

The background illustration was made with heavy use of Painter. Other software included Photoshop, Quark and Illustrator.
